目的:调查海军某部不同岗位的腰痛发病情况及防治措施,为制定适应部队的腰痛防治策略提供依据。方法:采用分层抽样方法从海军某部随机抽取官兵610人,进行问卷调查,数据录入计算机并进行统计分析。结果:海军某部官兵总体腰痛患病率为70.9%,其中岸基岗位官兵患病率58.8%,舰艇岗位官兵患病率81.2%。舰艇岗位腰痛患病率高于岸基单位(P<0.05)。舰艇岗位中机电兵、帆缆兵、枪帆兵、观通兵的腰痛患病率分别为89.0%、93.8%、91.3%、78.1%,而航海兵、厨师员的腰痛患病率分别为55.2%、44.4%,低于舰艇其他岗位。服役6年以上的腰痛患病率≥81.5%,高于服役≤6年。73.2%的官兵发生腰痛后没有接受过治疗,仅有1.8%的人选择康复锻炼,92.7%的人不了解腰部核心肌力锻炼方法。结论:水面舰艇不同岗位普遍存在较高的腰痛患病率,腰痛患病率随着服役年限的延长而递增,在日常训练中增加核心肌力锻炼将有助于海军官兵腰痛的防治。
Objective: To investigate the incidence and prevention and treatment measures of low back pain in different positions in a certain part of the Navy, and to provide the basis for the formulation of prevention and treatment strategies for lumbago of the army. Methods: Six hundred and seventy officers and men were randomly selected from a part of the Navy by stratified sampling method, and questionnaires were conducted. The data were entered into a computer and analyzed statistically. Results: The prevalence rate of low back pain among officers and soldiers of a certain naval unit was 70.9%, of which 58.8% were officers and soldiers of shore-based positions and 81.2% were officers and men of naval positions. The prevalence of low back pain in warship posts was higher than that in shore based units (P <0.05). The prevalence rates of low back pain in the positions of mechanized and electricians, sailboats, gun sailors and guanshu soldiers in naval vessels positions were 89.0%, 93.8%, 91.3% and 78.1% respectively, while the prevalences of low back pain for sailors and chefs were 55.2 %, 44.4%, lower than other posts in the ship. The prevalence of back pain over 6 years was ≥81.5%, higher than that of service ≤6 years. 73.2% of officers and men had no treatment after low back pain, only 1.8% chose rehabilitation exercise, 92.7% did not understand the method of lumbar core strength training. Conclusion: The prevalence of low back pain prevails in different positions of the surface warships. The prevalence of low back pain increases with the extension of service life. Increasing core strength training in daily training will be helpful for the prevention and treatment of low back pain in naval officers and men.
