预制装配式钢框架中箱形柱与工形梁之间采用螺栓连接会存在一定的施工困难,为此,提出了一种箱形柱与工形梁之间采用端板连接的节点形式及其3种预制方法,进行了1个足尺节点试件的单调加载试验和3个分别采用侧面开窗、正面开窗和中间截断预制方法的足尺节点试件的循环加载试验。测得了加载过程中各节点的弯矩、转角、层间位移角和主要截面的应变分布,分析了该种节点的承载力、刚度、转动性能、耗能能力和失效模式,对比了3种不同预制方法对节点受力性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用不同预制方法的节点,其力学性能相似,都具有较大的转动刚度和延性,节点转角主要受端板相连的柱壁板的鼓曲影响;所采用的3种预制加工方法均可以满足节点抗震设计要求,但在实际工程中建议优先采用性能更好的侧面开窗或中间截断加工方法。
In the prefabricated steel frame, the connection between the box-shaped column and the working beam will have some difficulties in construction. To this end, a joint form of the box-shaped column and the working beam using the end plate and its Three kinds of prefabricated methods were used to carry out the monotonic loading test of one full-scale joint specimen and three cyclic loading tests of full-size joint specimen with side-opening, front-opening and middle-truncation prefabrication respectively. The bending moment, rotation angle, displacement angle and the strain distribution of the main section of each node were measured. The bearing capacity, stiffness, rotation performance, energy dissipation capacity and failure mode of the node were analyzed. Influence of Prefabricated Methods on Mechanical Behavior of Joints. The results show that the joints with different prefabricated methods have similar mechanical properties and high rotational stiffness and ductility. The cornering angle of the joints is mainly affected by the drum curvature of the column wall connected with the end plates. The three prefabrication methods Can meet the seismic design requirements of the node, but in the actual project is recommended to give priority to the use of better performance of the side window or the middle cut-off processing method.
