用PCR技术同时检测30例胎膜早破(PROM)和22例非胎膜早破(NPROM)的新生儿咽吸出物、胎盘组织及脐静脉血清中解脲支原体(Uu)感染率。发现PROM组咽吸出物Uu阳性率为36.67%,NPROM组咽吸出物Uu阳性率为9.90%,差异显著(P<0.05)。胎盘及脐血中Uu阳性率两组间无显著差异,PROM产妇中,新生儿咽吸出物Uu~+的平均产前破膜时间(IMRD)为45.08小时,Uu~-的平均IMRD为28.34小时,差异显著(P<0.05);而孕妇胎盘组织及脐血Uu~+组与Uu~-组平均IMRD无显著差异。结果表明羊水解脲支原体感染能导致胎膜早破。
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the infection rates of Uu in 30 neonates with premature rupture of membranes (PROM) and 22 non-premature rupture of membranes (NPROM) from pharyngeal aspirates, placentas and umbilical vein. The positive rate of Uu in the pharyngeal aspirate of PROM group was 36.67%. The positive rate of Uu in the NPROM group was 9.90% (P <0.05). Placenta and umbilical cord blood Uu positive rate was no significant difference between the two groups, PROM maternal, neonatal pharyngeal aspiration Uu ~ + average prenatal rupture time (IMRD) was 45.08 hours, Uu ~ - the average IMRD was 28.34 hours (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in average IMRD between Uu ~ + group and umbilical cord blood group in pregnant women. The results show that amniotic fluid ureaplasma urealyticum infection can lead to premature rupture of membranes.
