介绍了用热等静压方法制备全致密铜铬、铜铬铁真空触头材料的工艺和经验,对国内三种主要生产钢铬真空触头的方法进行了分析和对比。实验数据表明,用热等静压生产的铜铬铁真空触头在密度、耐压、截流值等方面具有明显地点,开断能力与CuCr50相当。
This paper introduces the process and experience of using hot isostatic pressing method to prepare full dense cupric and chrome ferrite vacuum contact materials, and analyzes and compares the three main methods of producing steel chrome vacuum contacts in China. Experimental data show that the hot isostatic pressing of copper ferrocene vacuum contacts in the density, pressure, cutoff value has obvious locations, breaking capacity and CuCr50 quite.
