为了探讨人参茎叶、北冬虫夏草和辽东楤木对力竭状态下丘脑自由基代谢的影响及其机制。以昆明种雄性小鼠80只,随机分为5组,进行一次性力竭游泳。采用分光光度法测定运动后即刻小鼠下丘脑T-AOC、MDA。结果发现:1)与NC组相比:EC组T-AOC水平显著下降,MDA水平显著升高,P<0.01。2)与EC组相比:PG组小鼠游泳至力竭的时间明显增加,MDA水平明显下降,P<0.05;T-AOC水平有升高趋势,但无统计学意义。CM组小鼠游泳至力竭的时间明显增加,T-AOC水平明显升高,MDA水平明显下降,P<0.05。AE组小鼠游泳至力竭的时间明显增加,P<0.05;T-AOC水平有升高趋势,但无统计学意义;MDA水平显著下降,P<0.01。表明:1)一次性力竭游泳运动可使小鼠下丘脑总抗氧化能力下降、脂质过氧化作用增强。2)人参茎叶提取物、北虫草发酵液和辽东楤木根皮提取物在一定程度上可提高小鼠下丘脑总抗氧化能力,减缓脂质过氧化损伤,增强机体运动能力,延缓运动性疲劳的发生。
In order to investigate the effects of Ginseng stem and leaves, Cordyceps militaris and Alnus cremastogyne on metabolism of free radicals in thalamus during exhaustive state, Eighty Kunming male mice were randomly divided into five groups and were subjected to one-time exhaustive swimming. Spectrophotometry was used to measure the T-AOC and MDA of hypothalamus in mice immediately after exercise. The results showed that: 1) Compared with NC group, T-AOC level decreased significantly and MDA level increased significantly in EC group (P <0.01.2) Compared with EC group, the time from swimming to exhaustion in PG group increased significantly , MDA levels decreased significantly, P <0.05; T-AOC levels increased, but not statistically significant. The time from swimming to exhaustion in CM group mice increased significantly, T-AOC level increased significantly, MDA level decreased significantly (P <0.05). The time from swimming to exhaustion in AE group was significantly increased, P <0.05; the level of T-AOC increased but had no statistical significance; MDA level decreased significantly (P <0.01). The results showed that: 1) One-time exhaustive swimming exercise could decrease total hypothalamic antioxidant capacity and lipid peroxidation in mice. 2) Ginseng stem and leaf extract, Cordyceps militaris fermentation broth and Liaodong Alnus cremastoid bark extract can enhance the total anti-oxidative capacity of hypothalamus to a certain extent, slow the lipid peroxidation injury, enhance the body’s exercise capacity and delay exercise-induced fatigue happened.
