拉曼散射在荧光分析中常是较严重的干扰因素。消除其干扰可避免荧光光谱变形,有利于弱荧光化合物的荧光特性鉴别和溶剂不纯物的分析;在定量测定应用中可提高荧光测定灵敏度、降低测定检出限。因此,它成为荧光分析工作者极为关注的一个问题。并竞相提出不少措施以克服拉曼干扰。同步荧光法是其中简单方便的一种。
