“引渡”作为一种重要的历史现象曾广泛存在于公元前两千纪的古代近东世界。在赫梯文献中,它有着相对固定的表达法。本文根据赫梯文献的具体情况,重新界定赫梯国家“引渡”的概念,整理并补充讨论了赫梯文献中所见“引渡”及与其最为密切相关的“流亡者”的术语。
