近百年来,通货膨胀问题,包括发生通货膨胀的原因、发展机制、对再生产的影响、反通货膨胀政策的有效性等等,一直是西方学者、实业界与统治集团代表人物争论的焦点。对这个问题苏联经济工作者也非常关注。当前的中心问题是分析通货膨胀的新特点,以便修正原有的观点,制定降低价格增长速度的规划。为此需要研究反通货膨胀政策的具体措施和各种手段,以及反通货膨胀措施对资本主义再生产进程的消极影响。
Over the past century, the issue of inflation, including the causes of inflation, the development mechanism, the impact on reproduction and the effectiveness of anti-inflation policies, has always been the focus of debate among representatives of Western academics, industry and ruling groups. Soviet economic workers are also very concerned about this issue. The central issue now is to analyze the new characteristics of inflation in order to amend the original viewpoints and formulate a plan to reduce the rate of price increase. For this purpose, concrete measures and various means for studying anti-inflation policies and the negative impact of anti-inflation measures on the capitalist reproduction process are needed.
