这两个动作,是高等普通大学体育教学大纲男生的体操教材中较难学的教材。目前学生普遍年龄小、力量素质差、体质弱、体操基础差。因此学生在学习这两个教材时出现了两个突出的问题;一、对教材的动作产生了害怕恐惧心理;二、力不从心,学不了,没信心的畏难情绪。通过一段时间的教学实践、摸索、比较,我们在这两个动作的教法上有如下几点体会。(一)要消除学生的恐惧心理,树立学习动作的兴趣和信心。首先教师要深入钻研教材,熟练掌握技术动作的整个过程,明确动作的重点、难点所在,讲解时简明扼要,突出重点、难点;示范时,动作准确、优美、轻松自如,干净利落。做到边示范边讲解。从而激发学生学习动作的兴趣,明确动作的关键和用力的诀窍,提
