法院人员管理空间究竟呈何态势、受何影响、如何操控,在不同的“田野方法”可能种出不同的“果实”。为站在更为广阔的视野和运用比较科学的方法了解分析当下法院人员管理态势,本文试图从统计学、管理学、经济学的视角出发,以沿海G省F市近年审判数据与管理体系为主要样本,通过定量、证实分析,在深刻探究法院人员管理二维现状及制约因素的基础上,初步提出多维科学管控法院人才的现实路径,希望对当下的司法改革有所启发:首先,建立符合司法规律的审判权力运行模式;其次,构建以审判为中心的法院内部组织架构;再次,建立以职业化为方向的人员分类管理体系。
