5·176(法国种)是1979年从香港引进的双孢蘑菇菌株。我们于1980~1981年分别作了三次品种对比试验,均以5·176菌株产量最高,但由于菇形扁平顶部稍凹,具有鳞片,不宜罐藏。经过多次栽培实践,初步掌握了该菌株的栽培技术,菇形有所改进,现已成为盐水蘑菇的主栽品种。一、培养特性 (一)形态观察:176为匍匐型菌株,近接种块菌丝聚集成束状,匍匐放射生长,绒毛菌丝贴生,顶端菌丝稍有气生稀疏清晰呈扇状生长。显微镜观察菌丝分枝多,分隔短,
