高效能无切屑下料机是利用固定限料器限制料的长短。此种限料器在下短料即L>L′时,易出现卡料现象,致使生产效率降低。摆动式限料器(如图所示),可解决卡料现象,生产效率达2600件/小时。动作原理曲轴带动上刀片向上时,此时摆动页片因与上刀片固连随之向上。而撑杆不动,其端头相对页片滑至下端,弹簧拉长,迫使固定在页片上的限位块处于定位状态,此瞬间料插入,受到限位块的限制。
