在社会迅速发展、市场竞争日益加剧的今天,企业要想在激烈的市场环境中脱颖而出,就必须提高经营管理水平。企业经营管理者必须不断改善经营管理理念,通过借鉴先进的管理经验,促进企业管理的科学化和规范化,从而有效提高企业的竞争力,并健康长久地发展下去。本文在对经营管理过程中存在的问题进行分析的基础上,就如何提高铁路企业经营管理水平提出相关建议。
With the rapid development of society and increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises must improve their management level if they want to stand out in a fierce market environment. Business managers must continue to improve the management philosophy, by drawing on advanced management experience, and promote scientific and standardized enterprise management, so as to effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and healthy and long-term development. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the process of operation and management, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the operation and management of railway enterprises.
