控制好建设项目风险,是促进社会稳定的基础,研究风险评估的分析方法是管控项目风险的重要手段。综合运用事故树法(FTA)和安全检查表法(SCL),构建FTA-SCL模型,对建设项目风险系统进行分析评价。以建设项目风险的具体特点为基础,运用FTA-SCL模型建立建设项目风险综合评价指标体系。通过对某电力项目风险系统的分析评价,表明FTA-SCL模型适用于对建设项目风险系统的评估,可有效管控和减少建设项目风险的产生。应用FTA-SCL联合分析评价建设项目风险,为其社会稳定风险的分析评估及其风险评价相关工作提供了一种客观、科学、简便的分析方法。
Controlling the risks of construction projects is the basis for promoting social stability. Researching risk analysis analysis methods is an important means of controlling project risks. Comprehensively use the accident tree method (FTA) and the safety checklist method (SCL) to construct the FTA-SCL model and analyze and evaluate the construction project risk system. Based on the specific characteristics of construction project risk, a comprehensive risk assessment index system for construction projects was established using the FTA-SCL model. Through the analysis and evaluation of a power project risk system, it shows that the FTA-SCL model is suitable for the evaluation of the construction project risk system, and can effectively control and reduce the risk of construction projects. The application of FTA-SCL combined analysis to evaluate construction project risks provides an objective, scientific, and simple analytical method for the analysis and evaluation of social stability risks and related work on risk assessment.
