眼的化学烧伤在日常生活中是很常见的,眼外伤中的化学性损伤更为多见。硷性物质烧伤不仅严重并且为进行性的,它对角膜有轻重不等的损害,甚至失明。为探求硷性烧伤所致角膜疤痕的早期而有效的治疗方法,我们研制了复方珍珠粉(简称“842”粉,于1984年2月研制成),并进行了早期治疗硷烧伤,防止或减轻角膜疤痕形成的动物实验研究。实验材料与方法1、研制:(1)珍珠层粉(去翳明目)、炉甘石(收敛、治目障目翳)、蕤仁霜(治目赤肿痛、羞明流泪、清热退翳),蛇蜕(用药液浸泡过)(扩张血管、促进毛细血管的血液循环作用)、朱砂(极微量)(去翳)、冰片(止痛生肌、去翳明目),石决明(清热止痛、去翳)等为其成分。(2)将上述药精制极细末、过箩,装入盛过链霉素粉的小瓶中,高压消毒备用。
