研究了太白山垂直土壤带的褐土、棕壤、灰化土、生草灰化土、高山草甸土的腐殖质组成和胡敏酸的特性。结果表明,各土壤表土层中胡敏酸/富里酸的比值一般在1.0左右,随着剖面深度的加深,该比值急剧下降。胡敏酸中活性胡敏酸含量除褐土外一般都较高(占胡敏酸总量的30—95%)。絮凝、光密度和电泳研究的材料说明,所有这些土壤中胡敏酸的缩聚程度都较低,活动性较大。此外,各土壤中还含有较多量能直接溶于0.05NH_2SO_4的有机物质。且该组有机物质的含量一般随着剖面深度而增加,在灰化土的底土层中其量可高达占有机碳总量的25%。这些材料说明,低温和水分过多不利于腐殖物质的进一步缩聚。
The humus composition and humic acid of cinnamon soil, brown soil, ash soil, ash grass, alpine meadow soil in vertical soil zone of Taibai Mountain were studied. The results showed that the ratio of humic acid / fulvic acid in topsoil of each soil was generally around 1.0, and the ratio decreased sharply with the deepening of profile depth. Humic acid in the active humic acid content in addition to the cinnamon are generally higher (accounting for 30-95% of the total humic acid). Materials studied by flocculation, optical densitometry and electrophoresis demonstrated that all of these soils have a lower degree of polycondensation and greater activity. In addition, each soil also contains a larger amount of organic matter that can be directly dissolved in 0.05NH 2 SO 4. The content of organic matter in this group generally increases with the depth of profile, which can reach up to 25% of total organic carbon in the subsoil of ashed soil. These materials show that low temperature and excessive moisture are not conducive to the further polycondensation of humic substances.
