深化文化体制改革,推动文化建设大发展大繁荣,是当前中国面临的重大课题。经济社会快速发展对文化建设的新要求、物质生活改善后人民群众对文化工作的新期待、以及全球化深入发展背景下激烈的综合国力竞争的需要,都要求我国文化建设的创新与发展。文化建设要实现进一步的发展,首先要跨越理念之坎和制度之坎,实现制度变革和制度创新,为文化发展奠定制度基础;同时要进一步强化政府文化责任,着力解决目前文化领域突出存在的一些矛盾和问题。
Deepening the reform of the cultural system and promoting the great development and prosperity of cultural construction are major issues currently facing China. The new requirements for cultural development brought about by the rapid economic and social development, the new expectation of cultural work by the masses after the materialistic improvement and the fierce competition for comprehensive national strength under the background of globalization have all called for the innovation and development of cultural construction in our country. To achieve further development of cultural construction, we must first of all transcend the hurdles of the concept and system so as to realize the institutional reform and system innovation and lay the institutional foundation for the development of the culture. At the same time, we should further strengthen the government’s cultural responsibility and strive to solve some outstanding problems in the current cultural field Conflicts and problems.
