关于高血压早期决定收缩压、舒张压的一些因素尚未明确。本文测定一组血压轻度波动的健康人的血浆去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素浓度和肾素活性,研究其与收缩压、舒张压、心率和心率-收缩压乘积(心率-血压乘积)的关系。方法:31名18至55岁男性,血压波动在正常与轻度增高范围。6个月内未服用任何抗高血压药物。有关检查排除继发性高血压,且均无高血糖、高血脂、低血钾,蛋白尿。血浆尿素氮和肌酐正常,心电图仅见心前导联电压增高。在检查后的二年随访期中,部分人给予抗高血压药物治疗。各例均无冠
Some of the factors that determine systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at the early stage of hypertension are not yet known. This study determined the plasma norepinephrine, adrenaline concentration and renin activity in a group of healthy subjects with mild fluctuations in blood pressure and the relationship with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and heart rate-systolic blood pressure product (heart rate-blood pressure product) . METHODS: Twenty-one men aged 18 to 55 years with fluctuations in blood pressure between normal and mild increases. Within 6 months did not take any antihypertensive drugs.
