目的了解青少年伤害住院患者的伤害类型及其直接经济负担趋势性变化,为制定伤害的干预措施提供科学依据。方法对甘肃省整群抽取的2所综合医院1994-2008年收治的3 407例青少年伤害住院患者的住院费用情况进行回顾性分析。结果 1994-2008年3 407例青少年伤害住院患者中,交通事故、暴力事件、自然环境、意外跌落和其他伤害分别占28.12%、19.90%、16.11%、24.04%和11.83%;不同年份伤害类型比较,差异有统计学意义(H=10.90,P<0.05);1994-2008年交通事故、暴力事件、自然环境、意外跌落和其他伤害例均住院费用增长速度分别为9.50%、13.70%、11.50%、15.43%和13.58%;日均住院费用增长速度分别为13.96%、16.16%、14.37%、14.64%和19.17%;例均住院费用中医疗服务费、药费、检查费、治疗费、手术费和其他费用分别占3.87%、32.44%、11.24%、15.50%、18.37%和18.58%;增长速度分别为16.14%、12.87%、16.81%、3.16%、26.65%和10.54%。结论青少年伤害住院患者的经济负担较重且呈逐年增长趋势;住院费用以药费和手术费为主,以手术费和检查费增长速度最快。
Objective To understand the types of injuries and the direct changes of economic burden in adolescents with inpatients, and to provide a scientific basis for the establishment of injury interventions. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the hospitalization expenses of 3 407 adolescent-inflicted inpatients admitted to the two general hospitals in Gansu Province collected from 1994 to 2008. Results Among the 3 407 hospitalized adolescents with injuries from 1994 to 2008, traffic accidents, violent incidents, the natural environment, accidental falls and other injuries accounted for 28.12%, 19.90%, 16.11%, 24.04% and 11.83%, respectively. Injuries in different years were compared , The difference was statistically significant (H = 10.90, P <0.05). The growth rates of traffic accidents, violent incidents, the natural environment, accidental falls and other injuries in 1994-2008 were 9.50%, 13.70% and 11.50% respectively, , 15.43% and 13.58%, respectively. The average daily hospitalization expenses increased by 13.96%, 16.16%, 14.37%, 14.64% and 19.17% respectively. The average hospitalization expenses for medical service, medicine, examination, treatment and surgery And other expenses accounted for 3.87%, 32.44%, 11.24%, 15.50%, 18.37% and 18.58% respectively; the growth rates were 16.14%, 12.87%, 16.81%, 3.16%, 26.65% and 10.54% respectively. Conclusion Adolescents have a heavier financial burden on hospitalized patients and show a trend of increasing year by year. Hospitalization costs mainly include medical expenses and surgery fees, and surgery fees and examination fees are the fastest growing rates.
