据资料显示,自1992年全国各级工会在广泛开展送温暖活动、着力解决困难职工生产生活问题以来,帮扶链在向纵深延伸,帮扶面在逐步扩大,实现了服务职工常态化,形成了长效化帮扶机制。让送温暖这一“扶危济困”的公益事业,成为社会一种正能量在释放。做好困难职工帮扶工作,历来是工会组织的责任和义务。在社会保障机制尚不够完善的情况下,单个的低收入和困难职工个体及家庭,可能还无法承受生活压力的负荷,无力抵御不可预测的天灾人祸。在这种情况下,我国工会组织聚合职工群体力量,积极开展以“扶危济困”为目的的困难职工帮扶工作,释放出一股强大的社会正能量。
