用 4个具有不同毒力的小麦白粉菌生理小种 ,分别接种 5个小麦品种 (系 )半双列杂交的 F1、F2和 BC1F1群体的幼苗离体叶段 ,初步鉴定出野二燕 3号具有 1对抗 1号和 11号小种的显性抗病基因 ;JYP- 2具有 2对独立的显性抗病基因 ,其中 1对基因抗 1、11和 311号小种 ,另 1对基因只抗 1和11号小种 ;贵农 2 1号具有 2对显性抗病基因 ,其中 1对抗 311和 313号小种 ,另 1对只抗 1和 11号小种 ,这对基因与 JYP- 2具有的抗 1和 11号小种的基因是相同的。 3个小麦新品系共鉴定出 4对不同的抗病基因。本文还讨论了采用幼苗离体叶段接种 ,同一批单株接种 2个以上小种 ,定单株编号 ,记载和统计的方法 ,在抗白粉病基因分析中的作用。
Four different wheat powdery mildew strains with different virulence were used to inoculate the isolated leaf segments of F1, F2 and BC1F1 populations of 5 wheat varieties (lines) 1 against dominant resistance genes of races 1 and 11; JYP-2 has two pairs of independent dominant resistance genes, one of which is resistant to races 1, 11 and 311 and the other to anti-genes 1 and 11; Guinong 2 1 has 2 pairs of dominant resistance genes, of which 1 against the 311 and 313 breeds and the other against only the race 1 and 11, the gene and JYP-2 The genes that have races against races 1 and 11 are the same. Three new wheat lines identified four pairs of different resistance genes. This paper also discussed the use of in vitro leaflet inoculation, the same batch of more than 2 inoculation of multiple races, order number, record and statistics method, the role of powdery mildew resistance gene analysis.
