采用流式细胞仪(FCM)及一组单克隆抗体对18例杂合型急性白血病(HAL)免疫分型。结果显示HAL主要可以分成三级:①B、髓混合型,12例;②T、髓混合型,2例;③T、B、髓3系混合型,4例。6例HAL双标记显示为双表型5例,双克隆型1例。表明FCM对HAL的诊断及分型具有重要价值。
Eighteen heterozygous acute leukemia (HAL) immunophenotypes were performed using flow cytometry (FCM) and a panel of monoclonal antibodies. The results showed that HAL can be mainly divided into three levels: 1B, mixed pith, 12 cases; 2T, mixed pith, 2 cases; 3T, B, pith 3 mixed type, 4 cases. The 6 HAL double markers showed double phenotype in 5 cases and double clonotype in 1 case. It shows that FCM has important value in the diagnosis and classification of HAL.
