一、远红外元件的进展群众运动推广远红外阶段,远红外元件制造技术有两个明显的特点。一是重视涂料,二是单纯强调远红外辐射率。出现了SiC元件、金属管、搪瓷管、锆系陶瓷以及电阻带,这些元件均标榜自己涂有高辐射远红外涂料。实践向人们提出:优秀远红外元件基本参数是什么?节能元件的比较标准是什么?思考和实践之中,发现了过去元件制造理论和技术的缺陷。提出了这样一个尖锐的问题:在几万件应用涂料的设备中,为什么涂料剥落后,电耗指标没有发现有明显
