书法本身凝结着我们先民的智慧结晶,形成了特有的艺术素质,尤其又与生活劳动密不可分,是一种艺术与实用密切结合的统一体。这种以形表意为主的汉字,克服了许多种文字所不可避免的不利因素,如语音、词的构成、易读不易识等等。虽然有些人怀疑过它的优越性,甚至盲从的认为汉字是落后的文字之一,而现代科学的研究,已经充分地证明了它的优越性,我们不应该再妄自菲薄,而应当引以为自豪。
Calligraphy itself condenses the wisdom of our ancestors, forming a unique artistic quality, especially inseparable from the work of life is a combination of art and practical unity. This kind of Chinese characters, mainly based on the form and meaning, overcomes the unavoidable unfavorable factors of many kinds of characters, such as the composition of speech and words, easy to read, easy to understand and so on.
