随着形势的发展,人们对依法行政的期望和要求越来越高,人民法院的行政审判工作面临着新的机遇和挑战。去年以来,衡阳县法院把一直处于低谷的行政审判工作摆到突出位置,坚持支持与监督并重的原则,以非诉讼行政执行案件为突破口,加大执行力度,全面促进行政审判工作。2004年元月至2005年6月,该院共受理各类非诉行政执行案件529件,经审查裁定准予强制执行509件,已执行497件,为行政单位收回经费600余万元,并对206名被执行人予以司法拘留。今年上半年,该院共受理各类行政诉讼案件21件,超过了前五年任
