按揭贷款是一项新业务,建设银行保定分行办理按揭贷款业务经历了调研和制定方案、试办、全面推开三个阶段。 1、制定方案。我们学习了港澳地区及南方城市按揭贷款的作法和经验并结合保定的实际情况,制订了按揭贷款办法:(1)同房地产发展商签定“楼宇按揭贷款合作协议书”,明确双方责任、权利和义务,并进行法律公证。(2)业主凭同发展商签定的“购房合同”及首付交款凭证到我行房地产信贷部申请贷款,同时提交身份证、经济收入证明等资料。
