目的研究冷水花的抗菌活性成分。方法基于抗菌活性测试,利用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶LH-20及重结晶等方法分离冷水花提取物的化学成分,并根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从冷水花乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯抗菌活性部位中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(1),胆甾醇(2),豆甾醇(3),豆甾-7-烯-3β-醇(4),大黄素(5),芹菜素(6),木犀草素(7),木犀草苷(8)和大波斯菊苷(9)。抗菌活性跟踪测试显示化合物8、9对所试菌株的抑制活性均高于阳性对照药剂庆大霉素。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物8、9具有明显的抗菌活性。
Objective To study the antibacterial activity of Chrysanthemum morifolium. Methods Based on the antibacterial activity test, the chemical constituents of Chrysanthemum morifolium were separated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization. The chemical structures of the compounds were identified by their physical and chemical properties and spectral data. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate antibacterial activity of ethanol extract of Chrysanthemum morifolium, which were stigmasterol-4-en-3-one (1), cholesterol 7-ene-3β-ol (4), emodin (5), apigenin (6), luteolin (7), luteolin (8) and cosmos glycoside (9). The antibacterial activity tracking test showed that the inhibitory activities of the compounds 8 and 9 against the tested strains were all higher than that of the positive control agent gentamicin. CONCLUSION The above compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 8 and 9 have obvious antibacterial activity.
