目的分析肺炎支原体(MP)感染引起中枢神经系统(CNS)损害的临床特征和治疗结果。方法采用SERO-DIA-MYCOⅡ明胶凝集法检测血MP-IGM,对MP-IGH≥1∶40且呼吸道分泌物细菌培养均为阴性、确诊为MP感染的196例中,对累及中枢神经系统的28例进行临床分析。结果MP感染的14.20%累及中枢神经系统,其中脑炎26例,脑膜炎2例;全部病例经用大环内酯类抗生素治疗2周左右好转。结论MP感染导致的神经系统损害以MP脑炎占多数,并以学龄前儿童多见。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of central nervous system (CNS) damage caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection. Methods Serum MP-IGM was detected by SERO-DIA-MYCOⅡ gelatin agglutination method. For MP-IGH≥1:40, bacterial cultures of respiratory secretions were all negative. Among the 196 cases diagnosed as MP infection, Cases for clinical analysis. Results 14.20% of MP infections involved the central nervous system, including 26 cases of encephalitis and 2 cases of meningitis. All cases were treated with macrolide for about 2 weeks. Conclusion MP infection caused by nervous system damage with MP encephalitis accounted for the majority, and prevalent in preschool children.
