学业不良一直是教育者所关注的重要问题,至今已有近百年的历史。笔者在观察中发现,学业不良的研究大多是理论性的研究,鲜有以具体的某一个学生为案例进行分析研究的。笔者在张掖市甘州区民族小学进行了为期三个月对学业不良学生的观察,在观察中本人发现一位家庭教育存在一定的问题三年级学生,导致问题学生在学习中有一定的障碍,本文通过该学业不良学生的表现以及成因最终设定适合这位学业不良学生的干预措施。
