前列腺增生症(BPH)是一种常见的男性疾病,多发于老年患者[1],接受手术治疗后容易并发肺栓塞而引起猝死。如果得不到有效治疗,患者身体健康和生命安全将面临极大威胁。为了降低术后肺栓塞猝死的发生率,笔者选取老年前列腺增生术后肺栓塞猝死患者12例为研究对象,对术后发生肺栓塞的原因进行了分析,并提出了针对性预防措施,现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选择2012年1月-2015年12月在我院联合 Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a common male disease, often in elderly patients [1], after surgical treatment of pulmonary embolism prone to sudden death.
