近年来机械振动出矿技术很受用矿欢迎,并大有被推广之势。为此,颇感有必要就振动出矿机设计中像振动器位置确定之类重要问题深入研究,以便用更加科学的理论计算代替经验类比。 振动器的安装位置如何,对振动出矿机的工作效果有很大影响。从实验研究表明,振动器的安装位置不同,振动台各点振幅和猛振性[1](振动台装、卸载端振幅的垂直分量之比)就各异,于是振动机工作性能也不一。若激振力一定,猛振性大,输送矿石能力也大,反之,则小。猛振性大小取决于振动台上各点振幅的变化,而振幅变化又是取决于激振力作用位置与焦点位置之间的函数关系。因此,必须首先建立这个关系,尔后再分析猛振性,进而确定最佳安装位置。
In recent years, mechanical vibration mining technology is very popular with the mine, and greatly promoted the trend. For this reason, it is quite necessary to study in depth the important issues such as the determination of vibrator position in vibratory miners design in order to replace the empirical analogy with more scientific theoretical calculations. How to install the vibrator has a great influence on the work efficiency of the vibrator. From the experimental study, it is shown that the installation position of the vibrator is different, the amplitude and fierce vibration [1] (the ratio of the vertical components of vibration table loading and unloading end amplitude) of each point of the vibrating table are different, and the working performance of the vibrating machine is also different . If the exciting force is certain, fierce vibration, the ability to transport ore is large, otherwise, it is small. The size of the fierce vibration depends on the variation of the amplitude of each point on the vibrating table, and the variation of the amplitude depends on the functional relationship between the position of the exciting force and the position of the focus. Therefore, we must first establish this relationship, then analyze the fierce vibration, and then determine the best installation location.
