目的做好机采献血者招募工作,保障临床对血小板的需求。方法以制订招募方案明确职责、在全血捐献积极分子中招募、全员式招募、机采献血者招募、加强培训、强化服务等方法,建立多元化服务式招募方法招募机采献血者。结果 2012年机采献血者4601人次,采集制备血小板6748单位(2011年为5721单位),新招募献血者1123人次,占全年捐献人数的24%。实现了机采献血者增长(24%)高于机采血小板增长(18%)的效果。结论建立多元高效的服务式机采献血者招募方式,为献血者提供全方位,全流程、感动式的服务,让每位献血者得到充分的关怀和尊重,促其自觉参与机采血小板捐献与宣传,从而建立一支稳定的机采献血者队伍,满足临床对机采血小板的需求。
Objective Do a good job recruitment of blood donors to protect the clinical demand for platelets. Methods To formulate a clear plan for the recruitment program, to recruit full blood donor activists, recruiting fully recruited patients, recruiting blood donors, strengthening training and strengthening services, and establishing a diversified service recruitment approach to recruiting blood donors. Results A total of 4,601 blood donors were collected in 2012, and 6748 units of platelets were prepared for collection (5721 units in 2011). There were also newly recruited 1123 blood donors, accounting for 24% of the annual donations. The effect of organic blood donation (24%) was higher than that of organic platelet (18%). Conclusions The establishment of a multi-efficient and efficient service-oriented recruitment of blood donors, blood donors provide a full range, the whole process, moving services, so that each blood donors have full care and respect, and promote their voluntary participation in the platelet donation and Publicity, so as to establish a stable team of blood donors to meet the clinical demand for platelet-collecting.
