中国机械工程学会电加工学会第四届理事会第二次会议于1990年10月28日在北京举行。理事长刘晋春和秘书长梁春宜在会上分别提出了1990年学会工作总结草案和1991年学会工作的构想。会议通报了常务理事会第二次会议决定的,经中国机械工程学会批准的任免事项:增聘孙昌树为副理事长,免去其副秘长职务;增聘奚绍申为常务理事,兼任副秘书长。到会同志一致认为1990年的学会工作在学术活动内客的深化和加强与生产实际的结合上有新的起色;
The second meeting of the Fourth Council of the Electrical Processing Society of China Mechanical Engineering Society was held in Beijing on October 28, 1990. Chairman Liu Jinchun and Secretary-General Liang Chunyi respectively presented the draft of the 1990 Society Work Draft and the concept of the Society’s work in 1991. The meeting informed the appointment and dismissal matters approved by the China Mechanical Engineering Society at the second meeting of the Standing Council: the appointment of Sun Changshu as the vice chairman and the removal of the office of the deputy secretor; the addition of Yan Shaoshen as the standing director and concurrently the deputy secretary general . Comrades in the conference agreed that the 1990 academic work had a new improvement in the deepening and strengthening of academic activities and the integration of actual production;
