由于液压支架高工作阻力的需求,研制一种高强度、高韧性的可焊接铸钢,替代原有铸钢品种成为必然。经反复试验、对比、分析,通过对铸件的化学成分、热处理工艺、金相组织的研究,选择了力学性能以及焊接性能可满足要求的ZG26MnNiMo,并确定了工艺参数,如铸钢冶炼、热处理和焊接。经批量应用,效果良好,均能满足设计要求。
Due to the high working resistance of hydraulic support, it is necessary to develop a kind of high strength and toughness weldable cast steel to replace the existing cast steel. After repeated experiments, comparison and analysis, we have selected the ZG26MnNiMo which can meet the requirements of mechanical properties and welding performance through the study of the chemical composition, heat treatment process and microstructure of the castings, and determined the process parameters such as cast steel smelting, heat treatment and welding. After batch application, the effect is good, can meet the design requirements.
