新医改对医院的医疗水平和管理水平都提出了更高的要求。档案管理工作是医院运行管理工作的重要部分与核心环节,建立高效的医院档案管理制度显得尤其重要。本文主要结合笔者多年的工作经验,首先阐述了医院档案管理中存在问题,并且就如何改进医院档案管理工作进行探究分析,提出几点自己的看法,旨在建立高效的医院档案管理模式,进而促进医院管理工作的稳步发展。
The new medical reform on the hospital’s medical standards and management have put forward higher requirements. Archives management is an important part of the hospital operation and management and core links, the establishment of efficient hospital archives management system is particularly important. This paper mainly combines the author’s years of work experience, first described the existing problems in the hospital records management, and on how to improve the hospital records management to explore the analysis, put forward some views of their own, to establish an efficient hospital file management mode, thereby promoting Steady development of hospital management.
