In recent years, the new technology of flow cytometry for diagnosis of bladder cancer has been applied clinically and has achieved certain results. The method can quickly determine the DNA content of a single cell, and use an electronic computer to analyze the measurement data and make a diagnosis. Since the diagnostic result is a quantitative data, it can improve the accuracy of the diagnosis and enable more detailed study of the clinical manifestations of the tumor.
