上海滨江森林公园水系整治工程是典型的园林水环境整治项目。公园水网未成体系,淤积严重,部分桥涵堰坝阻水,引水泵站老化陈旧,排涝涵闸规模偏小。水源水质差,水动力不足,出现季节性蓝藻,水环境差;暴雨及梅雨季节时常造成公园北部随塘河岸坡淹没,影响游园安全及植物生长。本工程研究建立补水、活水标准;统筹考虑排水、补水、活水、换水功能,泵闸选址与并建布置、排涝涵闸改建与江堤加固除险结合,独居匠心;水工建筑轻巧隐蔽、护岸生态自然,水利与园林景观融合;制定多种工程调度方案,对工程管理运行具有很强的指导作用,采用水动力数学模型准确分析活水效果。对于多数年运行费用有限的公园来讲,如何找到经济有效改善水量、水质的工程措施是目前国内公园面临的难题。本工程采用引调水泵站、堰坝、排江涵闸、涵管等方法经济、巧妙的解决了公园的防洪除涝和水质问题,为今后公园水系整治工程提供了经验。
Shanghai Riverside Forest Park water system renovation project is a typical garden water environment remediation project. For most parks with limited operating costs, how to find cost-effective measures to improve water quality and water quality is currently a challenge for domestic parks. The project uses the introduction of pumping stations, barrage, row of culverts, culverts and other economic, clever solution to the park flood control and water quality problems for the future of the park water system renovation project has provided experience.
