目前我国铁路发展方向为重载和高速。结合非洲某国的铁路重载铁路工程,提出了轴重35 t列车活载,设计采用了预制后张法预应力混凝土T形梁。轴重35 t的活载对桥梁结构的承载力提出了更高的要求,设计中综合考虑结构承载力和梁体运输等各方面要求,计算分析和研究了包括桥面布置形式、梁体结构尺寸、预应力筋布置形式及张拉力的确定等各方面,提出了适用于轴重35 t的简支T形梁设计方案,对未来的重载铁路系列化设计提供了一些经验。
At present, the direction of railway development in our country is overloading and high speed. Combining with the railway heavy haul railway project in a certain country in Africa, a live load of 35 t train with axle load was put forward. Prestressed post-tensioned prestressed concrete T-beam was designed. The bearing with the axle load of 35 t puts forward higher requirements on the bearing capacity of the bridge structure. The design takes into account all the requirements of the bearing capacity of the structure and the transportation of the girder, and calculates and analyzes the requirements including the layout of the bridge deck, Size, prestressing tendon arrangement and determination of tensioning force, a design scheme of simple supported T-beam for 35t axle load is proposed, which provides some experience for the future design of heavy-haul railway series.
