本文研究了长效盐酸四环素片的处方组成、制法、压力、片型以及释药介质的pH值对释药速度的影响。对三种处方组成A、B、C作了研究。加压成型时将加有不同阻滞剂的三种颗粒混和而成,所用阻滞剂为:纤维素高分子衍生物、乙酸乙烯酯的高分子衍生物、乙烯吡咯烷酮的高分子衍生物、高熔点蜡质以及有机酸。试验处方A及B仅将主药配入两种颗粒,两种颗粒的不同点只是所用阻滞剂高熔点蜡的种类有异,试验处方C则将主药分别制成三种颗粒,在此三种颗粒中有相当于试验处方A
