目的研究脑梗塞患者及脑缺血鼠脑组织儿茶酚胺(CA)浓度变化,和其在脑缺血损伤中的作用以及与脑梗塞患者的临床表现的关系。方法采用液相色谱-电化学检测器方法测定了39例脑梗塞患者血浆CA浓度和脑缺血/复灌沙土鼠脑组织CA的含量。结果脑梗塞急性期血浆CA浓度显著升高。沙土鼠在脑缺血/复灌期间CA含量明显降低。结论脑缺血过程中脑内CA代谢紊乱,递质释放入血增加
Objective To study the changes of catecholamine (CA) concentration in brain tissue of patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral ischemia and their relationship with cerebral ischemia and its relationship with the clinical manifestations of cerebral infarction. Methods The concentrations of plasma CA and the content of CA in brain tissue of 39 gerbils with cerebral infarction were measured by liquid chromatography - electrochemical detector. Results The concentration of plasma CA in acute cerebral infarction increased significantly. The content of CA in gerbils was significantly decreased during cerebral ischemia / reperfusion.
