新中国成立以来,广西壮族自治区农村饮水工程建设取得了很大成就。但是,目前尚有42.9%的农村人口饮水不安全。在明确农饮工程建设总体思路、建设目标和建设重点的基础上,提出了农村饮水工程建设分三步走的战略步骤,通过科学规划、多方筹资、部门协作、机制创新等措施加快骨干供水工程建设和配套管网建设,建立起较为完善的城乡供水体系,实现广西农村饮水安全目标。
Since the founding of New China, great achievements have been made in the construction of rural drinking water projects in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. However, at present, 42.9% of the rural population still have unsafe drinking water. On the basis of clarifying the overall train of thought, construction goal and construction focus of agricultural and drinking water project construction, this paper proposes the strategic steps of rural drinking water project construction in three steps and accelerates the key water supply project through such measures as scientific planning, multi-fund-raising, departmental cooperation and mechanism innovation Construction and supporting pipe network construction, establish a more complete system of urban and rural water supply, drinking water in Guangxi rural areas to achieve safety goals.
