一次新员工培训会上,我要求大家对公司的《员工守则》提一些看法。其中的一位小伙子说:“《员工守则》不应该太多篇幅宣扬企业领导人的观点,而应该宣传企业的整体价值观。”十五个新员工中有十四个人支持这种看法,并且还补充说,这样容易形成独裁。我问唯一持不同意见的小伙子。他说:“企业的价值观、世界观、道德观是企业文化的核心部分,是对企业领导人的个人价值观、世界观、道德观的推广发扬和光大,并且随着时代的变化、企业的发展,这种观念逐渐完善和成熟。”
