在天然气大发展的背景下,我国LNG产业正处于蓬勃发展阶段,由此也为LNG工程项目管理带来了更大挑战,所以迫切需要一个易用、高效、安全、可靠的管理平台来辅助工程建设管理。PCM系统实现对项目群的管理能力,以便将相互关联的各个子项目、项目单元按照各自的层次和等级构建在一个统一的工程建设分解体系内,进行集约化管理。PCM系统的建设围绕“进度控制”、“投资控制”、“质量控制”、“HSE控制”、“沟通协调”和“可视化展示”六项工作展开,并抓住以“投资控制”为目标的基础上用“可视化技术”展现工程进度和质量的项目管理思想,利用“可视化技术”将进度计划、投资控制、QSHE管理作为系统建设的重点。
