患者31岁,女,患重症肌无力(MG)18年,曾因呼吸衰竭做过气管切开术,经胸腺切除术效果良好,每日只需服1次吡啶斯的明(60mg)即可控制症状。本次住院前7周,因车祸颈、腰挫伤,2天后局部疼痛不止而请按摩师治疗。除手法按摩外配用短波透热、高压电刺激;电压100～150V,刺激时可见肌肉抽搐,患者自觉肌肉反复收缩,每周3次共治6周.刺激第一天晚上,患者即觉头痛和复视加重,次日全身略感疲倦,但觉颈、胸、腰痛减轻
