资源整合,是邮政企业常用的一种营销思路和手段,其目的就是通过对内外部资源的重新配置,使之能够与客户需求完美结合。而借助不一样的思路和方式,资源整合往往能给企业带来截然不同的开发效果。所谓资源整合,是指企业根据发展战略和市场需求对有关的资源进行重新配置,并寻求资源配置与客户需求的最佳结合点。对于资源整合方式,有人曾将它形象地分为四种——初级整合,1+1=2;中级整合,1+1>2;高级整合,1+1=11;顶级整合,1+1=王。也就是说,借助不一样的思路和方式,资源整合能够给企业带来截然不同的开发效果。
Resource integration is a commonly used marketing idea and means for postal enterprises. Its purpose is to perfectly combine with internal and external resources through reallocation of resources. With different ideas and methods, resource integration can often bring about distinct development effects to enterprises. The so-called resource integration, refers to the enterprise based on development strategies and market demand for the re-allocation of resources, and to find the best combination of resource allocation and customer needs.
