目的 了解 2种剂量碘油丸口服后儿童尿碘排泄值和排泄规律。方法 选取 7~ 12岁学生 ,分 3个组 ,分别给予 0 .2 ,0 .3g和安慰剂量碘油丸口服 ,观察尿碘排泄情况。结果 服碘油丸后 5 h尿碘达高峰 ,尿碘中位数分别为 2 5 0 0 0 0和 2 32 5 0 0 μg/L,7d内排泄最快 ,14d以后排泄缓慢 ,3个月后尿碘中位数在 2 0 0 μg/L 上下波动 ,11个月后与对照组相同。第 1、3、7d服 0 .3g组的尿碘中位数均大于服 0 .2 g组 ,差异有显著意义。第 14d以后直到观察结束 ,2个组的尿碘中位数差异无显著意义。结论 2种剂量碘油丸口服后尿碘排泄规律一致 ,均有一个急剧排泄的阶段 ,时间很短 ,尿碘值很高 ;0 .3g组高于 0 .2 g组 ,表明多服多排 ,当用碘油丸作为补碘措施时 ,以小剂量为宜
Objective To understand the urinary iodine excretion and excretion of children after oral administration of two doses of iodized oil pills. Methods Students aged 7-12 years old were selected and divided into 3 groups. They were orally administered with 0.2, 0.3 g and placebo doses of iodized oil pills respectively to observe urinary iodine excretion. Results Urine iodine peaked at 5 h after oral administration of iodized oil, and urinary iodine median was 25 000 and 3250 mg / L, respectively, excreted fastest within 7 days and slowly excreted after 14 days. The median urinary iodine was fluctuated between 200 μg / L and the same after 11 months. The median urinary iodine intake in the first, third, seventh and seventh days of service in the 0.3g group was greater than that in the service-fed 0.2g group, and the difference was significant. After the 14d until the end of the observation, two groups of urine iodine median difference was not significant. Conclusions The two types of iodized oil pills after oral administration of urinary iodine excretion consistent, there is a stage of rapid excretion, a very short time, high urinary iodine value; 0 .3g group was higher than the 0.2 g group, indicating that more than serving multiple rows When using iodized oil pills as a measure of iodine supplementation, a small dose is appropriate
