目的了解糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响因素,为采取有效干预措施提供依据。方法按照分层整群抽样的方法,对2个乡镇2个行政村206例诊糖尿病患者进行问卷调查、身体测量和实验室检测,以血糖控制是否达标为变量,进行单因素和多因素分析,探讨血糖控制的影响因素。结果调查206例糖尿病患者中血糖控制达标145例,血糖控制达标率70.39%。单因素分析显示,年龄、肥胖、血脂异常、参加自我管理小组活动、糖尿病专科门诊就诊、降糖药物使用、血糖自测、蔬采日食用量、日运动量、饮酒等对血糖控制的影响有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,患者年龄(OR=2.379)、专科门诊就诊频次(OR=0.028)、蔬菜日食用量(OR=0.349)、饮酒(OR=2.553)、日运动量(OR=0.229)、降糖药物使用情况(OR=39.384)等是本地区糖尿病患者血糖控制的主要影响因素。结论盐城市盐都区糖尿病患者血糖控制情况欠佳,血糖控制状况受患者年龄、专科门诊就诊频次、蔬菜日食用量、饮酒、日运动量、降糖药物使用的影响,应积极采取综合治疗措施控制血糖和防止发生并发症。
Objective To understand the influencing factors of glycemic control in diabetic patients and provide evidence for effective interventions. Methods According to the method of stratified cluster sampling, 206 cases of diabetic patients in 2 administrative villages in 2 townships were surveyed by questionnaire, body measurement and laboratory test. Conclusion The glycemic control in patients with diabetes in Yandu District, Yancheng City is poor. The control of blood glucose level is controlled by the comprehensive treatment measures according to the patient’s age, special outpatient clinic frequency, vegetable daily edible amount, alcohol consumption, daily exercise amount and the use of antidiabetic drugs Blood sugar and prevent complications.
