血小板减少是众多血液疾病常见症状之一,在各种剂量化疗后及各型血小板减少性紫癜患者一般血小板计数均有不同程度减少.我科在2008年至2010年5月收治的495例血液病患者中,出现3例因首次大剂量化疗后骨髓抑制及1例原发性血小板减少性紫癜患者,治疗过程中出现血小板计数为0病例,通过及时运用血细胞刺激因子皮下注射及序贯输注血液制品,同时采取切实有效的护理,使患者转危为安,现报道如下.
