目的研究羟基喜树碱(HCPT)柔性脂质体冻干剂(LHCPTFL)的抗肿瘤作用。方法以市售HCPT注射液为对照,采用MTT法分别考察LHCPTFL对肝癌Hep G-2、胃癌BGC-823及结肠癌LOVO细胞的体外抗肿瘤作用;并建立荷Hep G-2瘤裸鼠模型来考察LHCPTFL的体内抗肿瘤作用。结果与市售HCPT注射液相比,LHCPTFL对肝癌Hep G-2和胃癌BGC-823细胞的抗肿瘤作用较强,但对结肠癌LOVO细胞的抗肿瘤作用较弱,对裸鼠肝癌Hpe G-2移植瘤的抑制作用较好。结论将HCPT制备成柔性脂质体冻干剂可提高其抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of HCPT liposome lyophilized (LHCPTFL). Methods The anti-tumor effects of LHCPTFL on Hep G-2, BGC-823 and LOVO cells were investigated by MTT assay in vitro. The Hep G-2 tumor-bearing nude mice model was established Investigate the anti-tumor effect of LHCPTFL in vivo. Results Compared with the commercially available HCPT injection, LHCPTFL had a stronger anti-tumor effect on Hep G-2 cells and BGC-823 cells but a weaker anti-tumor effect on colon cancer LOVO cells, 2 xenograft tumor inhibition is better. Conclusion The preparation of HCPT as a flexible liposome lyophilized can improve its anti-tumor effect.
