先将羟丙基纤维基(HPC,平均分子量3×10~5,粒度190~460μ)与Carbopol 940(粒度2~6μ)以1:2磨碎混和。取不同量的心得安加入以上混合聚合物制成含主药10、15及20 mg的三种粘贴片,用9.5 mm冲模(0.71cm~2)于2×10~4N下压15秒钟,分别于pH 3.5及6.8二种缓冲液中研究其释放速率。实验结果说明药物从聚合物骨架中释放符合Nt/Na=Kt~n方程,即药物在t时间的释放与K及t~n成正比,K与系统结构及几何特性有关,n是扩散指数,非费克氏释放n值在0.5~1间,费克氏释放n=0.5,零级释放n=1。
Hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC, average molecular weight 3x10-5, particle size 190-460μ) was first ground in a 1: 2 ratio with Carbopol 940 (particle size 2-6μ).
